Clegg TKO Bhanks in a fight because Bhanks refused to answer the bell.   Bhanks says he was raining down fire on Clegg head for 2 rounds but in the victory hand raise Clegg looks fine and Bhanks looks like a broken man.   

Bhanks looks juiced to the grills and Clegg - well - not so much. 

Someone contacted Clegg and Clegg agreed to do a rematch in February.  At first Bhanks agreed, but has been ducking and hedging ever since.

I will whoop Jamie in my front yard this afternoon he is never going to rematch me just nonsense

Why you asked what weight the Clegg fight was going to be. I eliminated the issue. I haven’t competed at 175 since high school either.

This puts us on equal footing as you’re a much more experienced mma and collegiate wrestler than I am.

But since you’ve backed out I will accept the fact youre all talk and the contest is off .

Like I said you guys do whatever you want keep running in circles going nowhere. I have a clear goal and a training program and plan to get there that I trust. Also I hardly consider something that I enjoy doing a last act of desperation more like Brian is enjoying his life and having fun. If you guys would rather bear crawl across the gym with sandbags than do heavy curls have at it I prefer heavy curls. I also think my way is going to get me where I am trying to go bear crawls is not going to do anything other than make me tired that’s not the goal. Bigger stronger arms that is the goal you guys keep working on your 10 mile ruck times I am going to get mad strong

I stole the map. Its a twice a week 8 week program that changes each workout. That is 16 individual workouts. I was going to leave the crumbs. I was going to show you all the way. When you see my end results you will go back through this thread to find the secrets but they won't be there you guys don't deserve the next 13 workouts. It will just be arm day from now on since it is so simple and you all know better anyway.

Of course you did. Wouldn't expect anything different.

I lift weights all the time, so not sure what you're talking about.  4x a week on one of the big 4 - squats, bench, deadlift, OH press, plus accessory, mobility and conditioning.

Never made fun of your curl endeavor, as it's just something fun to do.  But you'll still shit on the way I and others work out.

However, you've been on gear for 20 years, and are still concerned with putting on more size.  Mega calories isn't beneficial, so why do it?

Why do you keep saying this?  He's doing circuits of 315 on the deadlift, and 90lb DB snatches.

What do you mean by results?  The fact that he can do this for 1.5 hrs no problem are the results.

The fact that he looks better than you drug free is just a side effect.
