I lift weights all the time, so not sure what you're talking about. 4x a week on one of the big 4 - squats, bench, deadlift, OH press, plus accessory, mobility and conditioning.
Never made fun of your curl endeavor, as it's just something fun to do. But you'll still shit on the way I and others work out.
However, you've been on gear for 20 years, and are still concerned with putting on more size. Mega calories isn't beneficial, so why do it?
