Again if you believe your arm training to be more effective we can compare? You train like a child 3 laps around the field then some push-ups and jumping jacks that’s not hardcore training. I am actually training for a max effort that is hardcore training. Talk all the nonsense you want but you train like a woman trying to lose weight and tone up. I train like a man.

You never said why my training is ineffective for what I want to do.

I am literally following the training program that I pulled of the basement wall of the 6x 198lb world champion and owner of the Heaviest body weight curl ever and the current owner of the 198lb world record current Arnold and Mr America champ. I am going to stick to his program vs doing burpees and air bikes. I want to break records not a sweat. But yeah I get it Getbig says I am doing it all wrong. I will train my way and my results will speak for themself you guys do whatever bullshit you want

How will your training benefit me in with performance?   I mean, I get it, I will get myself on 4000mg of "TRT" a week and then lift every now and then...sure I will go join a message board and my cock is bigger than anyone elses.   Is that the way its done?

Like I said you guys do whatever you want keep running in circles going nowhere. I have a clear goal and a training program and plan to get there that I trust. Also I hardly consider something that I enjoy doing a last act of desperation more like Brian is enjoying his life and having fun. If you guys would rather bear crawl across the gym with sandbags than do heavy curls have at it I prefer heavy curls. I also think my way is going to get me where I am trying to go bear crawls is not going to do anything other than make me tired that’s not the goal. Bigger stronger arms that is the goal you guys keep working on your 10 mile ruck times I am going to get mad strong

You have a limited window to add muscle after a certain age it starts to decline therefore you want to add as much muscle as you can while you can so that you have as much muscle and strength as possible as you age. Then you can jump on a shit load of anabolics and claim its for anemia, indigestion, claustrophobia, and the gout you have.  Not complicated

I stole the map. Its a twice a week 8 week program that changes each workout. That is 16 individual workouts. I was going to leave the crumbs. I was going to show you all the way. When you see my end results you will go back through this thread to find the secrets but they won't be there you guys don't deserve the next 13 workouts. It will just be arm day from now on since it is so simple and you all know better anyway.

Cool story lets see your results something we can compare see which plan is more effective do you really think lifting 5lbs 200 times is more effective than lifting 100lbs 5 times? Also for fuck sake I do volume work as well

you can do both, most of my training is throwing kettlebells and 2x week i put 500lbs on the bar.. you couldn't do either. the flippy shit is what make me put 500lbs on the bar
