Well I proved I am lean and in shape based on the prior one so no not today it’s a rest day have my son after work for the weekend won’t train again until Sunday afternoon. I will say based on my current condition I made reservations at the host hotel for a Bb show in April I am considering. I have time to cancel reservation and I didn’t register yet just thinking about it but host hotels can sell out and you want to be at it because that is where they do the tanning at 6am

Just thinking about doing the over 40 only as it’s a bigger show Pro Am and actual gets a decent turnout. Not planning to cut any weight this time maybe 5-8lbs tops as I let the digestive system empty the day prior to prevent any bloating. Would like to come in around 220 but April is a long way away will see.

Need to do a show to qualify for national or the amateur O anyway

He has to watch what he eats and do 3 hours of cardio a day to prevent himself from getting fat for 1 and we still haven’t seen his midsection. He also gets up at 4am leaves his woman and goes and trains in a gym for 3 hours with a bunch of dudes doing bear crawls burpees and sand bag Carries.  There is a lot wrong with that.

And 3 hours of gym then an hour of bjj how often does he see his family how much energy does he have for them? I train at home half the time so I have time with mine. I feel guilty leaving them to go train in a gym. And I try not to wear myself out so I still have some energy for them.

You run upstairs to drop your pants and post a pic on GetBig when your woman is downstairs on the couch.

You seem to find the 'curling' (oh brother) contest acceptable....so why the fuck can't he (and others) do what they like?   You hypocritical fuck

Midsection is not about goals it’s about effective training my goal isn’t to have abs I have and because I train effectively if I did 3 hours a day I wouldn’t have an ounce of fat wtf does anyone need to train 3 hours a day and he still has to watch what he eats are you kidding at 3hrs a day you should be able to eat 10k calories a day

Lower levels equals less ability to gain and keep muscle so if he stopped he'd be really struggling to keep any size or muscle. 
Like the guy i know of that took roids heavily in his teens, now has next to nothing natural test production so is on permanent trt. He looks weird, very red, huge head, muscular arms but like kurt angles, sorta t -rex like.
