Its a good squat but that doesn't mean you can strict curl 166.5lbs. Curling is upper body arms squats are lower body legs. I know 12 year old girls that can squat more than me I have crippling knee injuries but fuck no they can't strict curl 166.5lbs. Are you going to wear daisy dukes around town or a t shirt? Do you fight with your feet or your hands. Do you hug your girl with your arms or your legs? Which do you rest on the bar when you get a drink? Arms are better than legs. I am 511 so what I didn't say you didn't have arms but maybe I said just because you can squat 540lbs doesn't mean you can strict curl 166.5lbs by all means give it a try and find out

I haven't lifted upper body in 6 weeks due to injury but today was first pool day so had to check status. 215lbs and 5foot10 not huge not small not shredded not fat but kind of in shape at 43? I can't even tell anymore.

The squat's not a gimmick lift, so you don't own shit.  And he's not the one claiming he can squat 405 but never doing it or claiming to be able to do 225x15 and then delusionally posting a video of 225x13 (thank you for that though).

One gimmick lift that almost no one does: the single rep "strict" twisted bar curl for guys 40-50 and 220 lbs.

Men in their mid to late 40s and older really shouldn't be doing single rep max lifts.  I stopped that shit for bench after Berry Demey tore his pec in 1989 as did many serious bodybuilders I knew.  I am a strong squatter but never did a single rep max for squat.  It's practically an intelligence test, but especially so for something like biceps. 

That's all you got left for cripes sake and you're just wiggling your ass at fate.
