BHANKS, let’s be real here:
You tried competitive bodybuilding and realized you were not very good at it.
You realize that you have too many health problems and you are too unhealthy for any real competitive powerlifting movements like deadlift, squat and bench, or any CrossFit style training.
So, you have latched on to this strict curl thing because it’s pretty much the only thing you can do at this point given your failed attempt at bodybuilding and your poor health. When you fail at the strict curl, you will move on to something else and then try to convince us how its the next best thing to do.
