90lbs was just trying it out to see how it felt I have had elbow issues the last year or two but has been feeling better

I did 260 for 6 for my 3 working sets I damn near tore my pec in half after having 3 previous tears it is taking some time to come back but getting there

If you had any training know how you wouldn`t even be doing benches 3 pec tears or not, and would be concentrating on upper pecs.
