This numbskull does benches after three pec tears,does squats, if you want to call them that, with fucking adamantium kneecaps held together by metal screws and a few rusty nuts and bolts,skullcrushers with bad elbows,presses behind the neck after 3-4 shoulder surgeries......and to top it all off does sloppy reverse cleans disguised as being strict curls and labels himself a powerlifter !!

BUT he says he knows more about training than everyone here.
