Coleman DESTROYED the field in 1999. Not even close

Chris Cormier shouldve been second that year. Flex was LUCKY to be 2nd!

Ronnie was the best man onstage and yet I love to rip on him. You fucking people are neophytes at understanding muscular anatomy.

Ronnie definitely looked better in 1999 than now.

IMO, Flex in 1993 is the best physique of all time.

cap, I disagree.  In general (there are exceptions), seems black guys often have larger muscle bellies per bone structure in their upper bodies.  Because of that maybe you could say some black competitors have an edge with separation but thats not conditioning or cuts.  The two most "cut" athletes in BBing history are probably Andreas Munzer and a middle eastern competitor whos name escapes me at the moment.

Flex ran into a Buzz Saw named Yates who put an end to the 1993 Flex Wheeler hype. Dorian had the Americans shook that year. Nobody expected what Yates did in 93.

Flex was amazing, but he had really poor lats.  Thats part of why he ever beat Ronnie or Dorian.  He went up against two of the three greatest lats of all time (with the other being Haney or Sergio).

His rear lat spread was really bad for width and taper.

Flex's latspread, glutes and hams were not what they could have been :-\

actually flex never used a whole lot of roids..quite moderate dosages actually.  just awesome genetics and a whole lot of hard work.

LOL, flex admitted that he would pass out after having so many injections at one time and just tell his wife to keep going even though he would pass out.

I need to get this DVD to review.  It may very well be the best ever bodybuilding competition.  A lot of big names were at that show as well:

I like Ronnie's Skull.

Flex looked dumb, plain and simple, in 1999. His arms looked to fake compared to Coleman's I'm surprised he wasn't laughed off stage :-\
