I rarely do preachers but when I did I liked using John Meadows method

I don't recall if it was Vince Gironda or Larry Scott who recommended it, but I only did PC with my upper arms along the opposite (flat) side of the bench.

That's why I always keep my arms bent on that exercise and lean forwards.

And why I never lockout for most exercises as it takes tension off the muscle.

Larry Scott. He sold a modified curl bench as well.

Vince recommend laying down on a bench (bit heightened if a lower to the ground bench) and doing curls with light weight. The stretch is really good and works short head.

Yup,any kind of curl done properly will build/stress biceps.....jut another variatin to alleviate redundancy or boredom.
