McDonald’s diet Hack

So I am heading to the gym and needed a little energy. But I also want to stay trim and lean. So what I  do is I order a Big Mac and a Doubke cheeseburger I then remove the him from the double cheeseburger and add the patties to the Big Mac. Thus making my own double Big Mac I then throw away the double cheeseburger bun to reduce my carb intake and stay shredded. This is a rather extreme reduction of carbs and increase in protein and should only be attempted for a brief period by advanced athletes .@Science

Hmm, haven't tried that, but I have ordered a large Coca Cola through McDonald's drive thru before heading to the gym.

Truly big men would not need to remove any food from that meal in order to stay lean. Especially if the meal was prior to a workout.

I would have suggested that you just say "no bun" when ordering but then I recalled that your asshole bleeds quite often and surmised that you were out of your anal tampons and needed the buns to absorb the blood.  #bhanksbuttbleeds

Actually, it is my stomach that bleeds and I have identified the culprit. The timing of bleeding and the taking of oral prescription or OTC meds is too strongly correlated to be anything else. There is a reason I refuse to take any pills.

The quarter pounder patties are too greasy they dont taste as good as the regular ones
