So I am heading to the gym and needed a little energy. But I also want to stay trim and lean. So what I do is I order a Big Mac and a Doubke cheeseburger I then remove the him from the double cheeseburger and add the patties to the Big Mac. Thus making my own double Big Mac I then throw away the double cheeseburger bun to reduce my carb intake and stay shredded. This is a rather extreme reduction of carbs and increase in protein and should only be attempted for a brief period by advanced athletes .@Science
