Question is what can he send even if he wants to. Like Rubio said months ago, "frankly we can't send them because we don't have them." Plus now Israel needs everything the US can scrape together too and is first priority. Trump gave every indication he was he was tired of the Ukraine debacle and wanted to pivot elsewhere. WTH happened? My guess is his ego just can't take losing to Putin, he thought his magnificent persona would make an easy deal with Putin. Putin has politely even refused to meet with him until further progress on any deal. "Nothing will happen until I meet with Putin" he said, but Putin refuses to, what blow to his ego.
