I am in better shape than a lot of people are on stage and that is without a tan or any prep. There are several contest I would have won my class if entered. Again Master division is not the same thing as the Open.
You couldn't win a local contest in Ethiopia.

Title of his thread should be changed seeing that his legs can't hold it up on their own.

Jeez Man - I'm well aware of The Masters divisions & at 40ish thats hardly old /masters class !!
As for you winning those competitions they really must be extremely poor quality competitions '
Certainly not in any of the shows I've judged you'd not win, maybe place in top 5 if there were
only 5 competitors.

I Kind of knew you'd just dismiss my advice - with your delusional view of yourself,
Sure go ahead & compete only don't expect anyone to be impressed with your level of development
Tan or No Tan, as for your current condition it's okay - nowt good or any where near contest
ready conditioning.

Still carry on Deluding yourself & looking in that Distorted hall of mirrors of yours.

My left arm tapes at 19 the right a little less I am also at the weight limit for classic

Really - you say that's a 19" arm !!
Well that is the Smallest looking 19" arm on The Planet - it barely looks as if it would measure 15"
yet again proving my point you don't have the genetics for Bodybuilding competitions.

Again Carry on  ::)

I cant stop laughing at this photo

I believe bhank once had to use a cane, which caused these problems.

I would like Taffin to photoshop bhank's legs to be smaller.

bhanks I think you are missing the point of the BB comparisons.

People are making them not to make fun of your legs, they are to highlight how outlanding are your claims of weighing 230 lbs or whatever.

Average American male height is 5'9"-5'10" depending on the reference.  5'10" is average height and slightly above average for bodybuilding, it is not giant.

I don't currently weigh 230lbs. I dropped back down to 215lbs after my girlfriends daughter called me fat on the beach last weekend. I am also closer to 511 I am not saying I am tall for an American but for bodybuilding where the average guy is like 58 yes I am taller. But yes absolutely I have weighed myself on camera multiple times. I have competed in weighed sporting events. I even shared my army entrance physical height and weight. There is nothing made up or phony about my weight it goes up and down from 215-230 depending if I am dry and lean or stuffed and bloated. When bulking I get up to 230lbs when taking some time off due to stomach issues or just feeling fat I get down to about 215.

It is often difficult for me to tell if I am getting a belly and fat or just holding water and bloated with gas and stomach acid. As such I occasionally allow the system to clear out and reduce calories for a few days sometimes I have no choice as stomach revolts. But yeah I was 225lbs a week ago I am 215 now I will drift back up again then drop back down. Each time I look a little more solid. A week ago I had mild edema in my calves no vascularity currently I can see every fiber and veins everywhere in them my GF was actually concerned when she saw them. When I get dehydrated it takes a while to rehydrate fully. So yes I am skinny me at 215 now but trying to lean out a little for summer. I thought I looked better with soem cuts in the legs.

Of course now everyone has gotten so upset about the new leaner me with cut up legs that I am concerned. I have contacted my former TRT Dr and I am going in for bloodwork next week. I want to make sure I am not wasting away with 200 T levels and perhaps I just don't see it. I have been off TRT for at least 6 months. I feel ok and think I look ok but going to check.

Did your legs atrophy because you had to use a cane to walk at some point?

I'm a big fan of Jones' physique (nh), but even I must admit that bhanks may take him on calves only ;D

They are not currently atrophying I have just dropped some water and bodyfat this last week it's not like they lost muscle. But yes I was on a cane in 2019 for about 6 months and had complete atrophy at that time. They have improved dramatically since then. Again I don't think they are that bad now how many guys on here have separation and detail in their quads? They will continue to improve.
