Nothing beats it, and MK-77 for appetite. For whatever reason many refuse to try it, instead talking about progesterones for HIV or whatever. GHRP-6 is safer, MK may be too effective

The appetite boost is why it will never hit the market. Seriously. They don't have a problem with secretagogues per ae, like Sermorelim.

Wasn't there some type of supplement that came out 15 years ago or so, that was supposed to increase appetite? It came in a silver and black box by Xero Nutrition (or something to that effect).

Edit - AHHH!! Found it!! It was called "Engorge" by Xero Limits. They also had a weight gainer called "H.U.G.E. (Human Underground Growth Experiment) MASS" .

I haven’t done test in years, but those first 3-4 weeks can be uneventful unless you’re starting with some d-bol.

Water weight though can be something to watch in that time.

Test when it kicks in is an underrated sort of street drug in the way it makes you feel happier overall.

Coming off can be brutal though.

I have one friend who used to have a big blow out fights with his slut GF whenever he would come off.

I do maintain the physique seen in this photo off around 1,000 calories a day. I'm 170-lb, in pretty good "everyday" shape.

After a normal meal, I can go about 27 hours before becoming seriously hungry. None of the hunger before that time is anything noticeable. Well - barely noticeable.

I'm going to have an 800 calorie protein shake now, and a pork chop.

It's still not enough.

I hate hearing this bullshit that bodybuilding is about dedication to training. The nutrition aspect is far more important, and takes up far more of a person's day than training for one hour, 4-5 days a week.

You know, there are other good reasons to swim also.

I went swimming for the first time since the bullshit pandemic started, about ten days ago.

A friend from high school who was there with his son saw me for the first time actually since high school. This was immediately after a shoulders workout.

Just seeing him try to make sense of my physique was worth the experience.  ;D

Shitty chest genetics aside, my physique is very comparable to Mark Wahlberg's [we're the same height and weight]. Walter Sobchak lives in a fantasy land where that type of physique doesn't draw people's attention. This is me five hours ago, at 187-lb:



I am so disgusted with the number of white hairs I have now. Do any Getbiggers dye their hair? If so - any suggestions on that? Despite what a woman recently told me, I DO NOT think that white hair "adds character". I think it's awful.

Lately, the number of people doing double takes of me while I walk around with a pump has really helped me to feel better. It is a bit weird to know that my problems are 100% mental. But the sham-demic was very hard on me.

Getbig has been hugely supportive to me through this "journey". It's incredible the amount of highly specific, highly accurate advice I've been getting here. It's been fantastic, frankly.

I also have to wonder - for the Getbiggers who are bigger than me - SURELY, they must have a lot of people looking at them while in tank tops?  ???

I admit that I'm a pretty aesthetic dude, and not ugly - but if I'm getting the amount of attention I do at sub-200 pounds, I can only assume that larger Getbiggers are getting stares constantly.

Also, Keto Kid - I have a question about ketosis. Am I right to say that you are the one to ask?

At 56, all my hair on my head is still brown, im just starting to gray in my facial-hair, so be it. Let it gray...

I hate all food. I hate eating. It is one of the biggest pains of my life.

I just ate this cup of Panache rice with a pork chop, and a few brownies from my Father's Day dinner from earlier.

Today, I got enough calories in, thanks to Father's Day.

If I can eat like this every day, my cycle will be a success.

Basically what happened to me is after pouring all my work ethic into first, the mother of new baby girl [who turns five today - and John Goodman turns 70], and one other absolute complete POS, I just burnt out my ability to work hard.

I never poured more of my energy, my money, and worst of all - my mental and emotional energy and my LOVE - into two women, one of whom at least gave me my baby girl, only to get nagging and complaining and insane demands when I literally COULD NOT have done more, it has just put me into a state of - why even bother?

Why do anything?

I have enough money for life, so why do anything? Why take risks, when taking risks literally ruined my life, and I am only now just recovering - assuming I ever recover [which I don't think I will].

That's why I just don't want to risk putting forth effort anymore. And that's why I've selected working out and a cycle to commit to - because only I can cause myself to fail [unless gyms are illegally forced to close again].

That's why this cycle means so much to me - if I can do it, I'll start to want to try on other things again. So I need to do this. And it's been going on. Although now almost two weeks in, and I've still only taken one 250mg Sustanon shot so far.

One thing that IS going incredibly well is training - it feels like I'm in my training prime still. My training is excellent.

I'm going to go one step further, and make an 800 calorie protein shake, with approximately 50 grams of protein.

If only I can bring my training up - this may change my life, and make me want to live again, and take on projects. Not for money that I don't need - but just to feel alive again.

I'm going to force feed for the rest of this month.

This next two weeks will make or break whether or not this cycle is a success - or cancelled by Independence Day.

I will check into Ghrelin. I have no idea what the legal status is, or how one accesses it. I will look into it though.

I just googled and dozens and dozens of "legal" sites came up. It's a gray area item. GHRP-6 is inject but the effect is near immediate. MK-677 is oral works round the clock but that may make it more dangerous (same sides as high dose GH). About 20 bucks for a vial of GHRP-6?

I said from the start (two threads and several pages ago) that your nutrition SUCKED! Nutrition was ALWAYS the factor, with or without steroids.

You do recall my talking about beef, milk and whole eggs, right? I also mentioned shakes you could drink, either commercial ones or those made from regular foods (i.e. the aforementioned milk or Greek yogurt and whole eggs), based on your reportedly poor appetite.

And, in case you forgot:

All you did was bleat and wail about not altering your diet, due to health concerns and being "FATTER".

Your logic is beyond absurd. You're scared of increasing your calories, due to health concerns......UNLESS YOU'RE TAKING STEROIDS. How boneheaded is that?

All of this sniveling of yours comes from one statement I made some time ago: The modest gains you seek DO NOT REQUIRE STEROIDS and (contrary to your strawman arguments and warped logic) WILL NOT TAKE A YEAR AND HALF TO OBTAIN.

This bug in your head (i.e. There is just one fixed way to train and eat without steroids and "natural bodybuilding sucks", if that one fixed method doesn't yield results for you) is quite ridiculous.
