Once I went to put down the 140s and I didn't realize I left my left nut unprotected on the floor. CRACK!! Now the doctor says I'll never have moron children. Send donations to Children's Hospital of Orange County in care of the Shawn Ray Foundation to support Morons who have been Injured in the Gym (MIG).

Someone at your (non)advanced level shouldn't be doing singles. Besides, are you a powerlifter? You should drop the weight to something you can get for 8-12 reps. Once you have built some meat on those upper pecs, then worry about adding some weight.

Thanks but I haven't maxed out in years. I did 120 for 7 by myself. I did 125 for 4 by myself and also done 315 for 2 by myself.

Everyone should do singles. Only pussies avoid them.
