Yes, I have a date next week. I called my ex-girlfriend from the phone at a second facility I train at once weekly, and she told me she works out there. So I went the next day, and didn't see her - but I did bump into another woman I've always had a penchant for. She gave me her number, and she'll be coming over next week.

If we were training in a gym and a skinny guy like that walked in and said he wanted to do bodybuilding we would laugh to ourselves. My point is we don't know what our genes contain for building large muscles. In Matt's case he has built impressive shoulders. Well his training and interest in strongman contests have given him what you see in the photos. Why can't he build his arms and legs up as well? It is essential that he change how he trains. Forget about doing bench presses and standing presses or dumbbell presses. Find arm exercises that work. I have worked out several effective arm exercises. Only experience can make a difference. Of course if one is convinced he can't build big arms I doubt he ever will.

I remember young Burke Kirby at UBC in 1965. He had 16 1/4 inch arms and boy did he train his arms. We asked him what was more important, 18 inch arms or graduating from UBC. He said getting big arms was more important. That is the kind of thinking that might produce good results. Negative ideas like one doesn't have the genetics except for shoulders won't deliver big arms.

Yes, but you can see he has long muscle bellies. Whereas if you look at me, I have nothing of the sort. I either have more muscle fiber concentration in my shoulders than average, more androgen receptors there, or they just look big because everything else is weak.

But everything else is indeed weak. I could see some better results if I eat more, but my genetic potential is limited. My chest in particular sucks. The rest I can tolerate. No one should be able to bench press what I do and have a chest this bad.

Wiggs had planned a good cycle some years ago, as a one last hurrah type of thing, from what I recall.

That's sort of what this is for me.

Even if I can get to toughly my current size naturally, it's different - my waist is bigger when natural, and my pumps go away in roughly 15 minutes post-workout. Maybe slightly longer.

That constant pumped look - I love it. My waist is 32", but would be at least 35" at around 200, if not on PED's.

Again - FUCK natural bodybuilding.

I add six ice cubes though. I've found it creates a nice consistency, but that could be the issue when I use less fluid.

OK Matt I tried to restrain myself from posting but up the A-Bombs to fifty the Sustston to 500 mgs, ....why wasts a good cycle....two shots in as many weeks isn`t gonna` do much to cut it....... why waste a good cycle.....if you don`t like how you look you can always decrease ,and do light cardio by walking thirty to forty five minute of cardio by waking on an inclined treadmill.....nothing extensive but varying both the speed and incline intermitantly  throughout your workout you will keep fat stores to a minimum.

I could write you up a good routine but I know you will dispute it so I wont bother.
