My response has been pretty good, given I am on lower than what most would consider a lowest-dose beginner cycle.
As I said, ~17mg Anadrol daily.
I have not started the Sustanon [needle shortage in Ontario

and I couldn't be bothered to drive to multiple pharmacies + the Anadrol was just fine on its own].
So I think today, I will be driving to see what's up - I will see if I can get 10+ needles/syringes. If they are still rationing five at a time, I may just say FUCK IT, yet again...and just stick to Anadrol for this cycle.
Some on here have said "You only gained water", which I'm sure is the majority of my gains. That said, it is not ALL water. For starters, I wouldn't bench pressing 245x19 if it was all water.
Furthermore, I've been a lean 195 before, and has heavy as 213 [though, not remotely lean at 213], so this isn't new muscle.
I have been gaining so much muscle for as little as I've been using, because I had already earned that muscle.
This first 22-lb has been quite lean.
I think I'll strive to hit 215.
I feel that as long as I get my 160g protein per day target, every day, that I will hit 215, pretty clearly.
Though I so expect my waist to hit 34" by then.
My goal will be to keep it below what mark. I normally have a 35" waist if I hit 200-lb naturally. So if I could have a 33.5" waist at 215, I would be very pleased with that. It will be some evidence that my bulk wasn't so dirty.
I'm hitting my daily caloric targets...just need to be diligent about hitting my protein targets!
