Hey Marty - the goal is ultimately to be a Mini-You.

For strength, I'm back to bench pressing 120-lb dumbbells for 12 clean reps. I do want to try the 3-5 rep range, but my fear is that my muscles are getting stronger, but my ligaments and tendons are not strengthening in proportion. So I don't want to lift anything that my muscles can support, but not necessarily the rest of my physiological infrastructure.

I should shoot to hit that 315x15 bench press though. Only because that would absolutely prove what I said about rarely ever using gear, then suddenly using it now, and - BOOM - big increase in strength, consistent with my claims.

All my results so far are consistent with me having not used gear much [rarely], and using it now. Or was I previously using magical gear that kept me at 170-lb and 16% body fat, and now I'm 205 at about the same body fat, and looking way fuller?

Anyone who thought I had used much before - that's hilarious, but actually a compliment. Certainly most people lifting what I have before, would have been using.

Damn shame I need to go off at the end of summer. I definitely prefer my current look...but I don't want to be one of those guys on for life.

As I said, the goal is to be a Mini-You.

If you watch most top bodybuilders train they do reps in the 8 to 12 range. So what you advise here will simply increase his

I can't give much of an update about the cycle, other than that I am up almost 25-lb since I started. Every few days when I gain a pound or two, it takes me a few more days to adjust to that new weight before I feel like I've sort of adjusted to it.

So I don't know about adding Sustanon. I did not intend to put on 40-lb from this cycle, and it seems apparent that would have happened had I done both compounds.
