I don't think hanky could lift what matt c lifts
I think that's correct at the current time, GymnJuice. Althoughu believe B. Hank has had some pretty good lifts:
- 365-lb below parallel squat.
- 165-lb strict curl [certainly this is way over anything I've done - I curl 120 for 8-12, but don't even think I've tried over 135]
- 300-350 range bench press at one point.
But here's what I would say about B. Hank, which I feel B. Hank needs to acknowledge about me:
He and I have different results for many reasons, but one reason is simply the fact that we train for different goals.
B. Hank presumably trains exclusively in the 8-12+ rep range.
I train a lot in the 1-6 rep range, although I have been trying to move to an exclusively bodybuilding style program lately.
And that just affects our results.
I have that...you know, that instinct to get stronger, which is why I often default back to it.
I really want to see how much success I can having with a bodybuilding-style program though, and I am currently on one.
As it has been going well, I intend to stay on it until around Halloween.
