Otho said rotator was strong said bone spurs arthritis and loose object in shoulder joint. Said to follow up with an MRI and possible scope after move to remove the loose object if the cortisone isn’t enough. Said I could resume training. But regardless not sure why you say I don’t do PT I have been doing stuff just waiting to see Dr it’s not like I do nothing then just try to max out when injured I stretch and try a lot of different movements with light weight. Needed the ok now have the ok or training all the same thing

A loose object? Like a piece of bone or cartilage broke off into the joint space?

Please let us have a homunculus Hankmunculus arc with the unidentified floating objects in Brian's arm.

He’s got a UFO in his arm.

Following sam Sulek's rehab protocol....right?

Pretty much spot on with what I said would happen though....Stretching = outdated.

If cortisone isn't enough for a loose object?   Thats not going to remove or reduce the loose object.  Please...for the benefit of all...what is your shoulder "stuff" you have been doing?

Its not all the same thing....did you tell the ortho that your shoulders feel "unstable"?

Just shows what a stupid fucker Brian really is.

Its his stubborn streak that wouldnt take any advice from someone who knew better because its like he has to admit someone on this forum knows more than him.

What a fucking jerk off

PT is perhaps a bit more involved and nuanced than "try a lot of different movements with light weight" but I'm sure bhanks knows better than an entire field of medicine.

He has read every article written about Steriods.

So I don’t doubt it

Hanky is this the same ortho who told you that you'd never walk again? Maybe you can heal your shoulder on your own without an MRI.

Brian will be back in the morning to clear everything up when he wakes from his cannabis coma and starts the "great reset" with a thread about his trike/crockpot/LSAT scores/Law School..etc

Shoulder mice.
Can be cleared up with RICE.
Or an Ortho can remove them in a few minutes with arthroscopic incisions.

A week’s buildup to a minor condition that 99% of active 50 year old men have.

RICE is an outdated concept.  100% about how easy it is to remove....

I called it that he would get a cortisone injection and then resume normal training....

Hopefully he can get in with Dr Sulek ASAP for more tips and tricks for rehab
