Art went from having the world's worst chest genetics (hahahahaha "genetics")
to the world's best chest genetics (hahahahaha "genetics")

More proof that genetics mean f-all in bodybuilding.

Genetics is everything in bodybuilding. Art didn’t have them, but he was a hard worker.

Genetics in terms of proportions and response to AAS. Milos has said time and time again Flex had the best of both.

I have no muscle fiber density in my chest, and my biceps are short.

I think bodybuilders have a higher concentration of muscle fiber cells. Without gear, those cells wouldn't expand very much though.

So yes, I think bodybuilding is basically all drugs. But pros tend to have a bit more potential in that they have more muscle cells.

I have no chest muscle. Not much anyway. I can't grow what I don't have.

Maybe he was using a secret Weider Principle that Joe never shared with the rest of us.

Didn't atwood have a friend who was selling drugs with him that got caught and killed himself and his wife after the judge gave him 3 years probation? Not jail, but he only got probation after selling massive amounts of roids for years. Only probation and he off'd himself and his wife.

He had good chest genetics, also he concentrated on his lower chest area, many bodybuilders worry too much about the upper pectoral muscles and neglect the lower chest area. Lower chest area is everything, dips, decline benches, dumbell pullovers, etc

And the only reason he beat ruhl is because ruhl already qualified for the O and didn't need to "hold his peak" combined with the fact that the shmoe judges wanted there buttboy to qualify too.....
