You guys all had a good chuckle when I posted myself bench pressing one week out from the show at 205lbs the thing is weight moves weight. You can talk about drop sets and hard training and volume and reps and clean eating and blah blah blah but whether its water quality or not when you add bodyweight you lift more. The extra glucose the extra cellular volume it all makes a big difference. You can do whatever training program you wan't and you can't guaranty you will get significantly stronger but add 20lbs and you will be stronger.  I may not know all the best powerlifting methodology but I know when I get heavier I get stronger so yeah the plan is to eat. I am at about 6k calories a day right now according to my app that is what it takes for me to get bigger. You want your muscles to grow you need to grow. EAT MORE

Sorry I have a metabolism and you don't. Do you know how many calories surfing burns that shit is not easy. Not taking any "roids" but yes getting my weight back up as have a strict curl contest at 220lbs in July the best way for me to lift as much as possible is to be as big as possible. Yeah my buddy has all kinds of training methodologies, and he is the best I don't know about all that stuff working or not what I do know is when I am heavier, I lift more. Weight moves Weight you want to get stronger get bigger. Also taking supplements for my cardiovascular health monitor my blood pressure which is ideal as is my cholesterol I have Crohn's that doesn't mean my overall health is bad. I believe my biological age is much younger than most 45 year olds

If I recall correctly Gym Rat pulls around 500,benches well over 330,and squats well over 425 and strict curls 170 pounds......just putting this out there to no particular asshole.

If I practice the silly "wrist-flip" of peace, Im sure I can improve,  just like any lift.
But thats not a real Powerlift. And I have no interest in it.

My best lifts in 2022 are SQ - 495, DL - 500 and bench 355... (All in same day).
I weight 200, age 57, lifetime natty before getting on TRT when I turned 50. (Real TRT, not a  gram).
So you see pound for pound Im a bit stronger than you right now.

At 57 youll be in a Hoveround scooter...

Try that while I wait... And I dont claim to be strong or anything special, I just like lifting.
