If I practice the silly "wrist-flip" of peace, Im sure I can improve, just like any lift.
But thats not a real Powerlift. And I have no interest in it.
My best lifts in 2022 are SQ - 495, DL - 500 and bench 355... (All in same day).
I weight 200, age 57, lifetime natty before getting on TRT when I turned 50. (Real TRT, not a gram).
So you see pound for pound Im a bit stronger than you right now.
At 57 youll be in a Hoveround scooter...
