Like I said I will SMOKE 210 for 5 with 3 full sec pauses and if I do that ill go straight to 220 for 5 that would put my estimated one rm @ 122-125 kg ie 265-275💪💪💪💪💪

You couldn't do one rep with 210 with a 3 sec pause right now.

How are you going to do it with 5 reps in a week?

Its a close grip bench index fingers on the smooth

My normal bench is ring fingers on the ring

Like I said 95-100 for 5 pauses.comimg up on Saturday but I can't film it with my phone coz I need tunes like this so ill have to ask someone to film me with his/her phone
