Or you could think of it as training "The Way of The Scott"...LOL!  I get going and then have to stop albeit for different reasons but just as frustrating, my brother.  You shall be back on track again and I will look to you, illuminati, Nat and many others here as I always do for inspiration to train when I am given the go ahead by the doctors.

*Deadlift - 6 sets
*Close grip bench w/ 7' Curl Bar - 6 sets
- These were alternated or "super-setted".

*D-Bell Shrugs - 6 sets
*Hyperextensions - 6 sets
- These were alternated or "super-setted".

*Lat Pulldowns - 4 sets

6 sets hammer curl drop sets 80,70,60,50,40,30 10 reps each drop. This was brutal.
Superset
6 sets pushdowns stack sets of 40-50.

6 sets incline db press 70,80,90,100,100,100 15 reps each.
Superset
Barbell shrugs 225 sets of 20

had my brekkie
had my lunch
had my 2.30 feed

then fell asleep for 2 hours

awoke to realise I needed to get up and train

did delts and traps


panatta side raise- 4 x 12 last set triple drop
read delts- 5 x 12- last set triple drop
cable front raise- 4 x 12
smith front press- 5 x 15,12,10,6,12


panatta t bar row machine shrugs- 5 sets 10- 4 plates each end
face pulls 5 x 10

massive pump

so glad I got off my arse and went instead of crying off

DOMS from legs yesterday pretty intense
