250kg, first time deadlifting in a while.

I think conventional deadlifts can elicit plenty of growth for a bodybuilder. Like barbell squats;





Chest today;

4 sets flat barbell press
3 sets incline
3 sets decline dumbbell press
4 sets flat flyes

Some observations...All your lifts look good, but....you got the bhanks hair style going on, may be time to cut it clean. The bitch pad on squats definitely loses some man card points and those knee sleeves(?) I don't think I've ever seen them that long, that's wild.

Pussy pad; could not care less about man points, the health of my neck and spine comes first.

Knee sleeves are just regular knee sleeves
, no extra advantage. I don't use wraps.

Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:

Leg Press - 5 X 20,12,10,10,15 (pyramid style)
Leg Extensions- 5 X 15,12,10,8,20 (pyramid style)
Adductor Machine - 3 X 20,15,15 (pyramid style)

Seated Leg Curls - 5 X 20,12,10,8,12 (pyramid style)

Leg Press Calf Raise - 5 X AMRAP + stretches and holds

Took me exactly 36 minutes....not light weight...I went heavier and did more reps on all exercises than I did previously since I stated this comeback after a 5 year layoff.

I had a lot of errands to run so I trained racing the clock.

panatta tricep extension 3 x 10
trciep extension machine 4 x 15,12, 10, 8 (then triple drop)
one arm cross body pushdown- 2 x triple drops

Ez barbell curl

Supersetted. 5 reps each. 25 sets. 1 min rest between sets. Using a weight I could probably get 10 reps with max.

In 25 years of training my biceps have never been so sore the day after. I can't actually extend my arms fully today

Panatta pullover 4x 12

pumped to fook! they are getting loads of new kit in so had to have a go.


nathan de asha is 3 weeks out now from a comp but looks ready to go- massive vascular in great shape. but in his words the last2 or 3 weeks are the tough yards.

again this is what people like lyin'brian don't get. to me he looks stage ready according to him he's not. its a world of difference. oh ans he's training like a beast every session too.

Nathan is known for dialing in and changing very quickly in just a few weeks
His updates look great and he looks to be where he needs to be.

Im fine pal
its a week on Sunday the show, Im doing the classic class competing with the youngsters.
I just want to see how I fair, I dont want to do the overs 50s and it be a small line up

Going to try carb loading this time
Currently around 15st at the moment, will be coming in fuller this time rather than flat on no carbs.

I will check out Nathans content
