A bit flat through the upper body in this picture but I liked the way the legs look. Cardio has been high, food low and only been pinning once a week. T3 at 75mcg.

combined side raise machine/shoulder press machine- 5 supersets top set was 30 kilo side raises /15 straight into shoulder press 80 kilo for 15- pump was mental
cable side raise 3 sets
cable front raise 3 sets
cable rear delts 3 sets

panatta row shrugs 4 x 10
face pulls 4 x 10

lovely session decent pump loads of lactic acid build up!

Nathan went to Spain this morning to compete this weekend. gym is buzzing!

Were the triceps cables standing or seated?

One of the pool table legs looks like it is on top of the carpet while the other 3 aren't. Won't that make it unlevel?
