Calf re-popped a week ago (as noted), swelling is down, feeling much better, however, lighter load today.

Hack SQ - 5 sets (Worked up to 5-plates a side, calf was fine)
Leg Press - 5 sets
Leg Curl - 5 sets
Leg Ext - 5 sets
Very light standing calf raises (mainly for light stretch) - 5 sets
Adductor / Abductor SS - 5 sets each

Ironmind #1 gripper - 5 sets (In car on way home)

Last I checked I haven’t run anyone over yet. I don’t drink I drive sober it’s a speed trap that changes from 55 to 45 and the state trooper is right there.

Anyway I think gymrat is correct I am too lean it is time to fluff up a little. I am going to carb up then do some rows.

Triple Drop-Set DB Laterals - 4 X failure on all 3 sets on all dumbells
Face-Pulls - 5 X 20,12,10 drop wt. + 10 more,12,15
Seated Machine Press - 2 x 20,12 (sat facing the machine....feels much better this way)

Leg Press Calf Extensions - 5 X failure (with stretching between all sets)

Great workout,can barely raise my arms!!

I agree. When he tilts his head upward like that it really accentuates his full flowing locks of hair up top. A downward tilt wouldn't do him justice.
