Having not done them for a long time and having the extra weight I feel like Im pulling my arms out the sockets
Don`t feel bad,I hadn`t done them in years.....used to knock out at least 20 with a wide overhand grip at will......of course I weighed about 100 pounds back then instead of 192. LOL
These days,I have been doing Negative Chins.......ie.,standing on a platform,jumping up to the bar,and coming down with a super-slow negative.....they`re improving, but I an`t coming close to 20 reps....................
