Haven’t lifted since last Wed due to so much work. Hope to get back to it tomorrow or thurs. Feels good to not lift for a bit though.
Supposedly strength doesn't start to decline until after 3 weeks of no training
How often do you hit each body part
Seems many guys nowadays are hitting each body part twice a week
Don't know how in the hell it is possible to hit a muscle very hard and heavy twice a week and still recover and make progress doing so
