Just looking at that photo reminds me of one Man in particular and the circumstances bear witess to his being ripped off.

I went yesterday....got antibiotics.....dyke doc said they would do nothing for me as a have a tiny cyst in my Pancreas.

I told here,it would do her no harm to prescribe them,and it might do me a world of good....so she finally did.

IT had a bedside manner like wet shit.

I’m built like a tank.   I can ruck 13 min miles forever.   Running ?   I suck.  If I had to kill myself to do only that no idea - 6-7 min ?    No idea.   Running is ridiculous and dumb.  Lift weight.     Ri king for cardio better. 

Running distance for idiots.

I am not exactly petite. I actually have put like 10lbs back on since I started cycling. It just makes my appetite really strong. Riding a bike 30-45 minutes a day is great for my cardiovascular system and metabolism. It is also good for my ligament and tendon strength around my knees additionally pumping blood daily into weight trained legs is blowing my legs up. I am not going to lose any size riding 30-45 minutes a day legs will grow not shrink.

If you keep at a moderate pace, you definitely won't lose size.  Zone 2 training doesn't tax recovery, so you get all the good parts of cardio, without taxing the system all that much.
