Weird I trap bar deadlifted 420lbs on film a less than a month ago. I think I did 315lbs for 10 reps regular a couple months ago? Now I cant get 275? stfu hater

Shrugs 3 sets
A set of goodmornings with just the bar for 20, hadn't done this in a long time.

Arms came up 1/4 inch pretty amazing considering I lost weight

2400 is a decent amount hell vigorous Steve is only eating 2800 and big Paul is eating 4 grand but he's on 9 ius of growth plus 100 clen and eca stack twice a day I ain't on any of that shit
