That seems to be the current craze nowadays

Big Paul, Doc Todd Lee and Jordan Peters all do the same and Paul and Lee train 6 days a week hitting each muscle twice a week but they practice this reps is reserve pussy ass style of training

Peters trains very hard like me so he goes like this... Pull/off/Push/legs/off hitting the muscles every 5 days

I know vigorous Steve has a hamstring only day... Oh brother can he get any duller?

Days of this nature are permitted by The Committee only during Pride Month.

High reps til failure work

Supposedly even 2-3; reps shy of failure will stimulate growth

They say the last 5 reps in a set til failure are the only reps that stimulate growth

But I just can't pussy myself down to not training til failure

The cybergenics BB system back in the early 90s was extremely intense going WAY PAST failure

Imho I think that was going just a tad bit too far😁😁

Assuming a roughly cylindrical geometry and assuming bhanks claim of 24" thigh is approximately accurate (red line), the yellow lines are what 17" calf and 9" ankle should look like.

He appears to be exaggerating by perhaps 10-15%.
