4 sets single arm preachers each arm

25 mins in and out the gym

Some annoying twats now in the am, its the same faces, one guy who is always laughing no matter who hes talking to (not everyones funny), another guy with a stupid squeaky laugh, a girl who is always doing stupid exercises , hanging upside down and fucking about doing press ups balancing on dumbbells , all the fat regular "boot camp women"

My arms and shoulders are as hard.as.nails when I flex.them.

Water isn't hard

Waist is only up a half inch to 29 I'll keep going with 4 grand til I hit 30 then I'll drop back down to 3 grand and tighten up

Had the interview and they are only willing to give me speaking clubs since I have no.clud how to create lessons on my own I will always given the lessons by the schools I worked for

They pay 22 bucks for.45 minutes lessons which is very very good pay here so if I take these speaking clubs that's bout 100.bucks a week from only 4 lessons

Got 4 more interviews over the next 3 days

Or are you just learning now that a short term increase in calories will make you fuller?

Tired of fat people parking in the handicapped spaces in a store then walking inside to grab and electric cart.  Then when they get a bad one they sit in the store calling for help. When help doesn't come they walk back to the entrance to grab another one that's fully charged.

They should have parking for them three miles away  and they should be forced to walk it coming and going.

Well this is a bit confusing but I'll take it

It seemed to me.my legs are bigger so I measured them and they are up a full inch

I'm doing zero weight training on them and zero interval training as well just a fast pace half hour walk home after each training session

Get tested. That paxlovid works but only has a five day window to be effective.  Meaning if you had covid for more than five days it won't work because the virus has multiplied beyond  treatment in your body.  Prior to five days it works really well knocking it out.

I already said it is not COVID, and even if it was I don't think I am eligible for a prescription, you have to be at "high risk for developing severe COVID" and I'm not in those demographics.  It is not recommended as a general COVID treatment.

Did a leg workout today, it was rough, first full workout in almost three weeks, but it is done.
