I fully plan to be deadlifting squatting and benching this next year. I always share my lifts. However, I don't get to time when I get sick. Let me get a couple weeks of training healthy under my belt. Right now I just want to feel better.

4 -  6:30  -  Not my best at all but grinded it out.  Did a heavy ruck yesterday in prep for an event in a few weeks

DB Squats 4 x 10 w 130's 
Flat Barbell Bench - 135 x 10, 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 225 x 10, 275 x 5, 275 x 5, 275 x 5
Leg Extension 3 x 10
Leg Curl 3 x 10

1 Hour circuit - Rough but got it done.  Probably 10-12 rounds

Hex Bar Deads 405lbs x 5 
Incline DB press  - 105's x 10 
Heavy Sled backwards walk across gym
Banded Cable Fly x 20 

Walk on treadmill for 20 min at regular pace. 




Got it done.
