Shoulder problem somehow occurs right before the move.
Em and the kids could use the heavy lifting anyway.
No it has been ongoing for years. I mention it almost every chest workout shoulder instability. I have already had 2 surgeries on the left shoulder. You guys constantly point out how my right shoulder is bigger than my left. This is not new. I was hoping it would last until the pec repair instead of giving out now it was next in the list.
I am 46 years old. The time of me moving my own stuff with the wife kids and a Uhaul has long since passed. We hired professional movers.
I’m 49 and packed up my neighbor house I. 4 hours last week. Harden up.
Grape Ape, I went to PT last year for my dodgy hip after trying to "self-treat" it for years, it made a world of difference, super-happy I did it.Since I have health insurance it did not cost very much, $30 co-pay each visit was all.

I thought you were a successful lawyer. Hire movers. I am thoroughbred not a mule.
I enjoy hard ass work and have the results to show for it. You are broken down and headed to the glue factory
I am a classic Ferrari heading in for upgrades. You are a farm use pickup truck.
Uh huh. Ask anyone in my social media how I’m doing while natural and three years older. Videos I posted this week ! It’s ok. You do you.
I will do me and I have a torn pec as such I am getting it fixed. Once I get it fixed I will get back to training. I also have a shoulder that is not stable so I may get that fixed as well again for the purpose of training more. Can I train less in the short term absolutely will I be able to train more long term? Absolutely sometimes 1 step back to take 2 forward.
at least the selfies will stop now...
Correct there will be no updates for some time because I look like I dont even lift anymore
