I did 1000m rowing challenge a few years ago and did it in 3.19, hard test, especially the final few hundred meters.

My best is 3:18....and I was dead after.   The 500m, 1000m, and 2000m tests....I will take 500m all day.  Best is 1:22

As far as training I have an Orthopedic for my left shoulder scheduled for 1:30pm today and an MRI on the right pec on 25th. I am going to take it real easy until then.  I had movers here all day yesterday and they are coming back again today. I have to drive back and forth multiple times to Raleigh to move all my vehicles this weekend so yeah this week training is a little slow. I am just trying to get moved. After I see my ortho I will reevaluate trainign goals for the next month as I am getting pec surgery the 2nd week of November.  Really just want to maintain until then no need trying to blow up before  a surgery.
