When did I claim to be some kind of deadlifting expert? I have never even tried the low handles in the hex bar now I am supposed to argue over who can deadlift the most? I don’t care I know I can deadlift a lot more than hulkatron. You idiots claimed I coyosnt get a single with 225 let’s not forget

You don't need to be an expert to know the weight you can lift with the hex bar from the high handles will be different from a regular bar off the floor.

You are correct I could be wrong however I think I can do 2 of those lifts today. I am absolutely not going to try either as no need to risk an injury. But I don't know start a deadlift or squat thread get some people to post videos of their lifts and I might give it a try.

I could not lift my left arm for two weeks complete shoulder impingement had to get cortisone shot to move it again so yeah just rehabbing with machines right now. I have surgery in less than a month just maintaining no need to push it.

If you said “I think I can do something”, I would assume it was based on some previous measurable evidence, your accurate assessment of strength, and historical performances.

When Hankins says “I think”, he’s just talking out his ass. Pure bullshit based on nothing but his need for attention.
