Like I said start a deadlift thread get some members to actually contribute and I will give it a try. I don't think it will be an issue. Kind of curios myself but yeah again loading up all the plates on a bar sounds like a pain in the ass. I may order one of those deadlift loader things.
I was actually thinking of getting some thinner plates just for my trap bar so it will fit more. I don't really need to injure myself but if everyone else puts up some decent deadlifts I will risk it.
And good form really left yourself and out to disqualify my lift I see
Your form sucks.....in a proper deadlift, once you cleanly lift the bar without hitching it,you are supposed to bend back a bit at the top of the lift ,not just stand straight up.
A renowned powerlifter like yourself should know this, but here I am teaching you once again per usual........you fucking novice.
How can a guy squat, bench, deadlift,or leg press while being too lazy to load the fucking bar..........you`re the epitome of laziness......like me and Jeff told you put a 2+1/2 pound plates under the large plates then simply slide the weights on the bar.
Why do you involve others........you said you could pull 500 pound which you will simply never do,I don`t care how much you weigh or how "hard" you train 500 is not in your future.
