The shoulder has 180deg of flexion as well as abduction.  Why do you think that is? 

The reason bodybuilders have shitty shoulder joints and complain about them later on is they fuck them up by not doing things that keep the damn things healthy.  The injure them and then just train through the pain because "its not that bad".  They have crap for mobility of their thoracic spine and blame it on something stupid

Side laterals. front raises are more than enough to build your delts, and side laterals anything above 90 degrees outwards massively impinges on the delts, your delts are fully contracted at 90 degrees

People are already commenting about how much better their delts look when they stop pressing

your delts get more than enough work bench pressing

Makes me laugh when people say "push .pull" routines, all muscles pull

all muscles pull in a straight line. for insertion to insertion

flat bench doesnt even work the pecs properly, steep decline is way better

Ask anyone to flex their pecs and they alays do a hands clasped most muscular , they never stick their arms out horiziontally

Same with flys, if I lay on a bench and do a dumbell fly my pec totally relaxes when my arms go 1 degree from horizontal, its all delts

all muscles pull in a straight line. for insertion to insertion from origin to insertion.  open chain versus closed chain exercises

flat bench doesnt even work the pecs properly, steep decline is way better not sure about steep but yes, due to the direction of pecs, decline is better than flat for chest.  only issue is the direction the elbows move on decline.  way more internal rotation with decline

Got shoulder issues?  Try just dead hanging from a bar.  Start with :15 sec and work up.  You can start to clear out some adhesions in the joint capsule.  This is also a good way of warming up the shoulder prior to training:

Show me ONE anatomy/physiology piece that says the triceps pull the forearm.  Or the quadriceps pull the lower leg.  Should be easy enough to find.

By your definition a push up is now called a pull-up.

They don't expand....they relax.  Contract and relax.  Want the breakdown of actin/myosin filament as well as the sarcomere?

You're adding in 'pulling' terminology to satisfy your argument but haven't backed it up.  Muscles act across a joint or joints.  They contract to effect movement of a joint. 

Tricep action:
The main function of triceps brachii is extension of the forearm at the elbow joint. In addition, its long head contributes to the extension and adduction of the arm at the shoulder joint. Besides movement, the triceps brachii also plays a role in creating anatomical spaces which are traversed by neurovascular structures. This makes the triceps brachii muscle an important surgical landmark.   (weird, it doesn't say anything about pulling there)

Is circumduction of a joint pulling Joe?   It is not. 

Bottom line is your argument about how we aren't designed to press overhead is wrong....you haven't proven otherwise.  In fact, two fo three deltoid heads are in that very motion.

no, I cant think of a single one muscles contract to exert force and relax to expand to normal length zero force required

I can think of an example in birds, a birds feet contract when relaxed, that how they can fall asleep on a branch, it takes effort to open them
