Is it easier than not using a plate yes does it make loading 10 plates on an off the floor not a pain in the fucking ass fuck no. You guys act like I have never considered or done that before which is just fucking nonsense it is still a pain in the fucking ass to load and unload a deadlift bar. There are easier ways to train your back

Lololool the right bicep is completely coiling back up into your shoulder. The atrophy/ nerve damage is so visible. You actually can’t hide it. When you get your pec fixed, you should look into getting your bicep fixed as well.

It's not like you have to load all the plates at once even.  Load up 4, do warmup.  Add 2 more or 4 more do another set.  Then add the rest.  It's how people actually work out.  He's just a clownish liar at this point.

Regardless I beat that dudes ass for 2 rounds. If the ref had let me I would have done it for a 3rd. I came there with 2 buddies. He copromoted the event and had 100 people with him. He was given a gift and wants to pretend he did something. The ref literally had to ask me to let Clegg back up at the end of both rounds. He was never going to get out from under me in a million years

That is the video.  Reps were slow and controlled, and he has more in the tank.

I don't care what bhanks lifts, but don't be disingenuous by comparing a high handled trap bar to a conventional straight bar.  It's apples and oranges.
