I didn't realize planning to gain weight was something I shouldn't claim to do prior like I am trying to steal glory from people who actually gain weight? If you want to pretend I am week that is cool you can also pretend I am fat. I am going to bulk to 250lbs regardless. You can call it getting fat if that makes you feel better. But that is what I am doing I am eating and bulking I dont give a fuck about abs backfat hamstrings fucking titites dont care bulking to 250lbs. Buying a brand new big ass space for more equipment and more food you guys stick to water aerobics and rice cakes. I am doing BBQ and squats for the next year

I don't care what bhanks lifts, but don't be disingenuous by comparing a high handled trap bar to a conventional straight bar.  It's apples and oranges.

PS, going to 250lbs should only take you about 24 hours by your own gain estimation

Who said anything about being an elite bodybuilder but lets not pretend Wes and Jswift are elite bodybuilders. For 43 I am in elite shape a lot of so called elite bodybuilders are retired and look like shit by 35.

Although I will say I have put on 4.4lbs in the last 3 hours 224.6 right now everything is just blowing up. I went up then came back down body is filling back up again. I am 14lbs heavier now than I was Monday morning after boating on the 4th.

Again not the numbers but whatever downsizing is about space not cost. This home has a lot more livable space. Half the old house was upstairs and downstairs hallways. The garage and gym were down a flight of stairs. the shuffleboard was in an upstairs hallway. The pool table was in storage and the fenced back yard was a small hill into brown water. Now I have my pool table and shuffelboard and gym garage all on the same level. The old green carpet from my office is gone and has been replaced with a cathedral ceiling and double glass doors. The backyard is large fenced and flat. The master bathroom is just bigger as is the master bathroom and closet. I did not need to spend one more penny I have everything I could want. This house is a serious upgrade in my opinion. Also I am near my son and can do stuff all the time with him now it's fucking great. I went to wrestling practice on my ex time yesterday and I get to go to boxing class on her time next weekend. I am not just getting more activities I am getting more time being closer as she allows me to take him to stuff its awesome. Could not be happier even getting my pec fixed in two weeks. So be mad talk shit whatever my life has never been this good. You have no power over me.
