bhanks has a strange definition of "one-rep max", it seems to mean something to him other than ~ the heaviest weight that can demonstrably be lifted once.

Well go for 455 on your own for yourself then.  Why can't you go for 500 after you said you could do it "with ease" over a year ago?  And no straps Mr Super Grip.  My bet is you can't get 500 even though you said you could do it "with ease" over a goddamn year ago.  Again, 500 conventional from the floor no straps or hooks.  It pisses me off that I have to type out "500 conventional from the floor no straps" over and over to avoid some semhanktics bullshit.

My back could do a lot more the knee not so sure. But yeah kind of my point you guys say I cant do something I do it then you say that is weak anyway so what is the point? Obviously I am not going to have huge deadlift and squat numbers I can barely stand you dumb fuck I need a knee replacement. Thats why I dont squat heavy and deadlift.  But I still picked up 405lbs with no warm up and shit technique no problem after not having tried it ever before in my life. I do think I can get 450 I may need to work on my technique to get 500 but regardless that aint weak. Why not challenge me where I am not injured? My biceps are full strength
