I see people doing this on Treadmills in the gym. It's mainly the folks who do an hour of pre-hab each workout.The thing I did notice, is that they are the most injured folks in the place. Always have something hurt/nagging etc.Co-incidence? Maybe... The old school "grip & rip" folks dont seem to be injured like the others.Quick warmup (2-3 sets light) of the body-part they are about to train, and off they go.Maybe it doesnt make too much of a difference (long pre-hab)...

I weighed the same amount 24 years ago. I was 25 in this pic and had been lifting over 12 years heavy by then. I think I weights about 182 there. I was maxed out genetically by then weight wise, the only difference has been muscle maturity and definition. The pic i posted yesterday I weigh about 190
