The term "chinning the bar is a supinated grip"
Pull ups are termed as a "pronated grip"

Did my normal workout with the assisted chins and dips then did a bit of bis and tris then went for my chins
I only managed 4 and a half reps, felt really sore so left it at that

Need a bit more rest between workouts

Hot & sweaty you´re more aggressive. Military wise a CFT a weighted run then carrying a man & jumping into a Bedford ( the sweats will remember this)

When I played rugby we used to run about a mile and a half from our changing rooms down to a car park we trained on, (save money on fllodlights in winter)

Running down I was fucked, after a full training session I was always first back to the changing rooms, I felt like I could fucking fly when everyone else was gassed,
