yesterday i did chest delts traps
having to work round an elbow so did the following
chest
cable crossover 4 x 15 1 x triple drop
seated press x 30, 20, 15, 12, 10, triple drop
pec dec x 30,20, 15, 3 x triple drop
delts
seated side raise 5 x 12
rear delts pec dec 4 x 12
cable side raise 4 x 15
traps
trap bar shrugs worked up to 4 plates a side for a total of 5 sets of 10 - really liked the feel of this. just realised no straps and ad to deadlift it up!
face pulls 5 x 12
cable upritght row2 x 30
pumped to hell really good session although could feel a cold coming on
