Did not do my rehab yesterday as tendon was overtrained and hot the day before. Will train legs tonight at the gym. You can see the new connection in this pic obviously I need to train the muscle but structurally it is improved. 2 more weeks of range of motion stuff then resistance training begins on the upper body right side
Dumb fuck doing more than he is supposed to. Then again, he:
1) Learned calc in one night while drinking Bud Light
2) Self studied his way to passing the CFA test not once...but THREE times.
3) "Aced" his LSAT
4) Has 8 monitors on his desk
So, yeah, he knows what to do and not do with rehab. (Keep in mind he did say he liked the way the female PT massaged him)
