That is the difficult part that makes it a strict curl. You have to keep your butt and back on the wall you can not lean into it

10 sets db squats 70s for sets of 15.
Superset
10 sets calf raises 225 smith so 195 sets of 20-40

10 sets underhand low row 4 plates for 5 sets of 20 and 6 plates for 5 sets of 10 holding last rep of each set for 20 seconds and right into db curls.
Superset
10 sets two hand supinating db curls 45s sets of 10-15.

10 sets of smith machine incline skulls 185 so 155 hands touching grip sets of 10-15
Superset
10 sets of hammer curls 2 arm 70s seats of 10-15

10 sets v bar push downs 2 plates sets of 10
Superset
10 sets db read delt 25s sets of 10-15.

I’m smoked. Will do an hour walk soon.
