Progress isn't necessary linear.

True but regression is a clear indication you ain't recovered from last workout

My pr on strict curls was 115 for 1 rep

Today I could not even do 1 rep with 105

So 10 pounds less on the bar and not a.rep

I could only get 100 for a single today

That's a HUGE loss

DB incline I did 50 for.a.triple

Today I could only do 45 for.a double

Again HUGE LOSS

I hope to fuck I get my flat today this agent I have is good but the fuckking owner doesn't answer the phone

And I can't find a place for less than 400

In.ths scow is was paying 300

Shit sucks🤬

Well, if you're training with 90%+ of your 1RM, which you shouldn't be, this shit will happen.

Well, if you're training with 90%+ of your 1RM, which you shouldn't be, this shit will happen.

95% is the minimum.

Decline close grip bench

1st set 90 kj 200 for a triple 2nd set 80 kg 175 for 5

Bemt over Pressdown

1st set 5 reps 2nd set 8 reps constant tension 5 sec up 5 sec down

Straight bar pressdown

1st set 4 reps 2nd set constant tension 5 reps

I thought my inject dbol was 100 mg per ml buy it's only 50 mgs so the past 8-9 days I was only injecting 5 mgs

On tricep day IMA do westside max effort alternating between decline close grip bench, close grip floor press and close grip lockouts alternating them every 3 weeks

LET'S GO

Max Efort Parameters
Load (Intensity)- 90% to 100%
Repetitions- 1-3
Rest Interval- 2 to 5 minutes
Frequency / Week- 1-3

Reps are too high.

Range of 1-3 is what you need.
