My claim to fame is to help men 40-70 achieve an Adonis ratio like mine

Adonis ratio is my whole ball game

I could also offer extreme strength at low bodyweight but.... my bench has plummeted from....

210 for a pasued double to getting 132 for an near max all out single yesterday

Deficit stiff leg deadlift 1x6
Leg extension 1x13, 1x20
Lying leg curl 1x13, 1x7 should have dropped more weight ha
Single leg press 2x13
Adductor machine 1x10

Took a few months off any form of deadlifting for no other reason than being a lazy faggot so lost a lot of strength there so priority for a while

1. Regular grip chins full rom full stretch at bottom pause for a 2 second static hoolld at the top

2. Same gig with wide grip palms facing forward pullups

Not much haha, last time I deadlifted before break was 205kg/451lbs x 5, today was 170kg/374lbs x7 could have got 8 but ideally want to be hitting 5, Defecit stiff leg was 150kg/330lbs x6
Will add 5kg a week till start losing reps then go slow 2.5kg a week
